Laparoscopic Ligating Loop 1.Application:its mostly use in the laparoscope operation to ligate gallbladder,bile duct,uterine fibroid, fallopian tube,epityphl on ,intestines ect. 2.Technical advantage:Valued Ligating loop combines the advantages of titanium clip and polypropylene suture.To improve t he effect of ligation,we use polypropylene suture to replace silk suture.Polypropylene suture has better intensity than silk su ture.Titanium clips has good consistency, easy and fast.Our ligating loop is the perfect combination with both of their advant ages. 3.Operation method: (1)Put our ligating loop into abdomen,tie the position that you want to ligate(as show in picture A) (2)break the end and draw out slowly with equal strength until you make sure it is tight(as show in picture B) (3) Keep space 2cm away from the place that you knotted and cut the suture thread off(as show in picture C).
