Andrew’s story The programme has had a huge impact at work as well as outside of work.  I now focus more on the positive… the stresses of work are more manageable and my work-life balance is improved. I have shared aspects of the course with my wife and son …both are finding these really helpful. The impact of the course has been especially significant at work. I have accepted the challenge of managing an additional team, with a specific goal to improve efficiency and customer service. Without the benefit of the Personal Best programme, I would not have had the confidence to accept this challenge.
