Guenter Beutter • Technical Director of GMS • Giessen University majoring in sports science and psychology • Published research in lactic acid production and oxygen uptake. • National coach for the German National Team 1989-1997 (five world championships, four gold and one silver medal) • Worked with Prof Hartman an internationally renowned sports physiologist

  3. Catherine Starr • Member of OARS program for developing Olympic rowers • Local (Connecticut) family • Gold Medal Winner at U 23, 2005 World Championships • Tim Davies • Master rower • Investor in GMS • Contributor to the O.A.R.S program
