TELECOM INFRASTRUCTURE Telecom Infrastructure is an exciting and happening area that specializes in  building telecom networks connecting  intra cities, towns, highways  and  links to overseas countries as well. COMPUTER NETWORKS. INTERNET. WIRELESS NETWORKS. PASSIVE INFRASTRUCTURE Sharing is sharing non-electronic infrastructure at the cell site. Passive Infrastructure is becoming popular in telecom industry worldwide. The Advanced Research Projects Agency Network was an early packet switching network and the first network to implement the protocol suite TCP/IP. PUBLIC SWITCHED TELEPHONE NETWORKS PACKET SWITCHED NETWORK The PSTN is the aggregate of the world's circuit-switched telephone networks that are operated by national, or local telephony operators. It describes the type of network in which relatively small units of data called packets are routed through a network based on the destination address contained within each packet. TELEVISION NETWORKS RADIO NETWORKS The broadcast type of radio network is a network system which distributes programming to multiple stations simultaneously, for the purpose of extending total coverage beyond the limits of a single broadcast signal. A television network is a telecommunications network for distribution of television program content, whereby a central operation provides programming to many television stations or pay television providers. Due to economy of scale property of telecommunication industry , sharing of telecom infrastructure among telecom service providers is becoming the requirement and process of business in the telecom industry where competitors are becoming partners in order to lower their increasing investments.
