RPO providers typically assume responsibility for the entire recruitment cycle or specific recruitment stages, depending on the client’s needs. How Does RPO Work? The client and RPO provider work together to develop a recruitment solution that meets the client’s specific business needs. The solution will be based on the client’s organizational goals, culture, values, and budget.
