  2. Steps in Making Classic Tiramisu ◦ When it comes to famous Italian desserts, tiramisu is a traditional dessert that people would love to try over again. It is a coffee-flavored dessert made of ladyfingers dipped in a coffee mixture and then layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, mascarpone, sugar, cheese, and whipped cream.   3. Steps in Making Classic Tiramisu ◦ Step 1: For this step, place an inch of water into the pot simmer. Next, you will separate the eggs and place the yolk in a bowl and the sugar. Then, you will now set the bowl on top of the pot and ensure that the water is not directly touching the bottom. ◦ Constantly whisk the egg mixture for 5-7 minutes until the temperature of the eggs reaches 160 degrees.
