  4. Basic Errors of the Doctrine of Illumination… • Makes the Holy Spirit responsible for contradictory interpretations (1 Cor. 14:33; Ephesians 3:5; Acts 8:29-35; 2 Peter 3:16) • Makes no allowance for growing in knowledge (Colossians 1:10; 2 Peter 3:18; 1 Timothy 2:3-4; 2 Timothy 2:15)
