  15. 12 TO SUMMARISE… Tripleclouds improves on the plane-parallel method by reducing biases in both short and long-wave properties. The fudge-factor method canreduce biases in the top-of-atmosphere radiative properties, although increases biases in internal properties. Tripleclouds improves on this by acting to reduce biases in both top-of-atmosphere and internal radiative properties, without significant additional computer run time.
