Offering a range of implements and accessories for various agricultural applications like land preparation, planting, harvesting, post harvest handling, around the farm operations and storage, the TAFE ABU has perhaps the most sophisticated and comprehensive assortment of implements that cater to almost every farm mechanization need of every farmer.With a profound emphasis on quality, reliability and relevance, the Applications Business Unit team constantly drives to reach new heights by launching newer, more efficient and specific solutions for varied soil conditions and specialized purposes, almost every quarter.
POWER HARROW 615 PH • Heavy-duty multi-speed gearbox for 540 RPM • Boron steel tines (12mm thick and 285mm long) • Rear leveling bar with pin or screw adjustment • Cardan shaft with shear bolt torque limiter/ slip clutch • Adjustable hitch • Bolted blades
MOULDBOARD PLOUGH • The under beam and longitudinal clearance are adequate to cope with trashy conditions. • Quick and easy addition of extra furrow or repositioning units to allow more clearance. • Ploughs made with special wear-resistant steel bottoms with bar point for toughest ploughing jobs. • Bar point bottoms ensure longer life as they can be extended or reversed and re-used till maximum possible length.
POTATO PLANTER • Planting two and four rows with bund former • Fully adjustable crop spacing, fertilizer spreading and row spacing • Rigid and concave shaped mould boards for ridgers. • 24 and 26 inches ridge to ridge spacing • Vertical adjustment of ridger is possible
POTATO HARVESTER • Mud spreader for easy digging • Automatic potato harvester - First of its kind in India • Tractor driven, trailed single-row potato harvester through lower links • Cleaned potatoes can be directly collected in sacks or trays for storage • Minimal manpower requirement • Suitable for accommodating 24, 26, 28, 30 inch ridges • Ergonomic hydraulic drive controls • Suitable for soft and medium soil types, through hydraulically controlled speeds of conveyors • Special conveyor system reduces load, prevents damage to potatoes and increase efficiency
DISC PLOUGH • Rolled tubular frame with heavy section thickness. • Frame construction provides high trash clearance • Side draft and thrust controlled by fully floating furrow wheel. • Heavy-duty bearing to support the discs. • 660 mm (26 inches) furrow disc made from boron steel (6mm thick). • Available in 2 furrow and 3 furrow versions • Adjustable cross shaft supports in adjusting the cutting width and centralizing the implement. • Possibility of upgrading 2 furrow and 3 furrow to 3 furrow and 4 furrow versions respectively.
AGRISTAR POWERVATOR • Sturdy, versatile and economic implement which combines ploughing, tilling and harrowing operations. • Drive is taken from tractor PTO shaft through cardan shaft. • Imported cardan shaft provided with shear bolt torque de-limiter to prevent excessive torque going into the tractor. • Heavy-duty and high module gear for longer life, quieter and smoother operation • Provision for preloading of Taper Roller Bearing (TRB) in gearbox and side dropdown • Unique tailboard design toavoid mud splash on the driver during puddling • Perfect leveling / seedbed preparation after tilling. • Option of interchangeability between gear-drive and chain-drive. Choice for customer to convert the variant if required. • Superior rotary shafts and blades. High schedule seamless tube and boron steel blades for increased life. • 5-6 inches depth of cut depending on the soil type
