  2. I.P.P.C Licence • An I.P.P.C Licence must be acquired before planning permission can be granted. • Detail the Emissions of the plant • Control and monitoring • Must indicate if an Environmental Management System(EMS) has been developed

  3. Local Stakeholders • Tarbert and the surrounding area/towns rely on the environment as a source of income e.g. Farming and tourism

  4. Risk Assesment • Emigration • Business closure
