In view of operation 1. promote the people to have knowledge and understanding about the rights of various social welfare that they are eligible to receive 2. promote the knowledge and understanding about the voluntary extension of social welfare by article 40 for the illegal workers by 2 options 3. promote the knowledge and understanding about the protection of Thai workers’ rights who go to work abroad 4. increase more channels, methods to have access to the rights of social welfare of people of target groups

Recommendations as guidelines for an access to the service of social welfare of the public Role of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security educate about the knowledge of access to social welfare to local administration in each aspect of allocation of social welfare link the integration of working between the agencies  link the data base of the target groups between the central, local
