How to fix a Bank Reconciliation Go to the Banking main page and click on Reconcile Accounts. The Reconcile Accounts window shows up. ➢ In the Account field, enter the record for which you need to fix the reconciliation. ➢ Press Undo Reconciliation. The Undo Last Reconciliation window shows up, affirming the record and date of the reconciliation you are fixing. ➢ Fixing a bank reconciliation can't be turned around, so it's firmly recommended you click Back Up to make a reinforcement before continuing. ➢ Click Undo Reconciliation.
