BEFORE and AFTER Pollutionisoneof the mostimportantproblems in our world. It’s the alterationof the environmentcausedby man, directly or indirectly.

KINDS OF POLLUTION • AIR POLLUTION: • Itcausesrespiratorydeseases and humancancers. • Thisalters the habitat ofbirds and insectsthatpopulate the sky. • WATER POLLUTION. • Itiscausedby the entry ofchemicalsfromfactories and fromhouses. • In the ocean, there are plastic islandsmadeofwastethat cause the deathsof a lotoffish and marine species.

  4. NOISE POLLUTION: • Thisiscausedbytraffic and industrynoise. • Itdeterminesacoustic and nervousdeseases. • LAND POLLUTION: • Useofchemicals in agricolture and industries and throwing trash in unsuitableplaces are responsibleforlandpollution.

  5. Whatshouldwe do to reduce pollution? • Reduce the useofcars and scooters, insteaduse public transports. • Do notthrow the trash in the street, but in the baskets. • Do the separate collection. • Usebiodegradabledetergents. • Userenewablesourcestomakeenergy. • The industries in the largecitiesmustlimit CO2 emissionstoimprovethier air quality.
