How the project works Lead Partner (LP) + Partners -> Steering group/ Working group /… • All projects must have some kind of a cooperation group between the LP and the Partners • The LP and Partners agree the role, tasks and authority of the group Decision making and general working of the project • Discuss, agree, arrange, coordinate! • The MA has no detailed rules but we want to see that it works www.kolarctic.info

A thing to make sure: Partnership Agreement and the Project Plan: Is it familiar to all of you?
Things to make sure and to go through Partners are located and work in different countries, and within different organizational cultures. Do not take your own assumptions for granted, but remember that the partner organization may have a slightly different understanding. COMMUNICATE! www.kolarctic.info

Communication plan All projects must make a communication plan. The contents of the plan depends on the project. What is interesting in your project from the citizens’ point of view? How does your project influence on citizens? What do you want to tell about the project’s activities, achievements and results?
Communication The European Commission and the National Auhorities use to ask the MA: “Do you have some project examples to present – a project that has made good presentations / materials / photos of themselves – to be presented in our publication / conference? “How are the citizens benefiting from this project?” -> Possibilities for you to get visibility and show what you can do!
