PLASMA FRESCO CONGELADO Congelación en primeras 8 horas: asegurar conservación de FC (V y VIII) Factores coagulantes y anticoagulantes ligeramente reducidos (tabla) Disminuyen multímeros del FvW y en > medida si es plasma S/D Niveles aceptados para alcanzar coagulaciones normales (rango de normalidad del FVIII: 50-150%)
