  2. Tori and Kira love swimming. It helps us be athletic and keeps us fit. Also it helps with our health because we will be working out and not being lazy. These are some images of us swimming.

  3. Swimming is athletic because your moving around, working your arms and legs. It helps with your breathing because you have to hold your breath. Also helps because swimming is fun, you may want to swim. Swimming is good for your health because it helps with breathing and arm and leg motions.

  6. For beginners the doggy paddle is a good way to start. This is a way you could do a doggy paddle. Move your arms and legs like a dog would when they are in the water. when in the water keep your head up, move your arms and legs constantly, and make sure to have fun.

  7. When swimming under water; take deep breathes before going under water. • When above water keep moving. • When your swimming your building muscles. • When swimming keep kicking your legs. • When getting ready for the diving test stay calm you will do fine. • When doing the swim test don’t touch the walls. • (swim test is at the YMCA)
