ERCOT Board Update • All Revision Requests submitted to the Board by TAC were Board approved • TAC Leadership discussed Joel Mickey’s (ERCOT’s) update to the Board concerning Interval SCEDs. • The Board was notified that the market is still working through these issues throughout the committee and subcommittee levels. ERCOT plans to provide a feasibility study to SAWG in December/January timeframe with a subsequent update to the ERCOT Board TAC Update to RMS

PRS Initiatives and Votes • EMS Upgrade Project Timeline Update • http://www.ercot.com/content/wcm/key_documents_lists/77254/04._TAC_October_2015_EMS_v3.pptx • The EMS Upgrade is scheduled for go-live in May 2016. Key dates: • Close Loop Testing March – May 2016 • Cutover in late May 2016 • In general, revision requests that require EMS software changes to the legacy or new system need to be limited to urgent items only and have the following timelines: • Software migrations December 2015 • Go-live after July 2016 • Per ERCOT they will continue to look at IA(s) to see if they have an impact to the EMS project and the scheduled implementation timeline. Tabled and/or Withdrawn Revisions • Request Previously Tabled at TAC (Possible Vote): • LPGRR055, Extend Load Profile Model Calendar Inputs to 2030 • Additional comments are forthcoming from the Profile Working Group (PWG). Since COPS doesn’t meet in November, therefore, TAC may not see the additional comments until the December TAC meeting. • Continued to be “Tabled” awaiting COPS/PWG’s comments and recommendations TAC Update to RMS

  11. 2016 Ancillary Services Methodology (Vote) • http://www.ercot.com/content/wcm/key_documents_lists/77254/10._2016_AS_Methodology.zip • A lot of discussion concerning non-spin and regulation requirements that were proposed by ERCOT. • This voting item required two Roll Call Votes: • Motion to Amend Percentiles proposed by ERCOT: • Roll Call Vote (8 Yes) (19 No) (3 Abstention)- Motion Failed • Motion to Approve as Recommended by ERCOT: • Roll Call Vote (26 Yes) (2 No) (2 Abstentions) – Motion Carried TAC Update to RMS

DREAM Taskforce Update • Distributed Resource Energy and Ancillaries Market Taskforce (DREAM) • DREAM October 26, 2015 focused on: • Definitions, • Interconnection Procedures was provided by Oncor, • Interconnection Handbook Review and Discussion, • Reviewed and Discussed PG&E Interconnection Processes • Red-line of the Interconnection Handbook / Defining the process for a DER heavy Option • http://www.ercot.com/calendar/2015/10/26/75693-DREAMTF TAC Update to RMS

Ancillary Services Re-design Update • FAS (NPRR 667) • Brattle CBA Power Point document expected to be posted on or around November 2nd and CBA Workshop has already been scheduled on November 9th at ERCOT Met Cent for market discussions and/or comments. • Following the November 9th discussions the full and final report is expected from Brattle the middle of December. • Market Participants can provide their comments to the full report during the January/February 2016 timelines. • ERCOT is currently awaiting the CBA to be completed before they file their comments to NPRR667 • http://www.ercot.com/calendar/2015/11/9/73769-FAST TAC Update to RMS

Other Business • Revisions to TAC Procedures (Vote) • Includes process for Taskforces or Working Groups reporting directly to TAC. “TAC subcommittee (or TAC if the working group or taskforce reports directly to TAC)” • Unanimously Approved as submitted to TAC.
