  2. Goal #1 WHO: I will  WHAT:work out every day  WHERE: at the dorms around 7-7:20  HOW: using my body to get the  WHY: minimum workout of 45 min a week to have stamina, be fit and release tension in my body. (p.83 from health book)

  3. Goal #2 Who:I will  What:eat two fruits a day at Where:breakfast, lunch & dinner each How: by picking the fruit I like best  Why: to help prevent from getting any type of heart disease. (p.7 from health book)

  4. Goal #3 Who: I will   What:continue to do my best at the exercises that  Where:Mr. Neighbors assigned us to do outside, every day  How: giving my 100 % effort to Why: prevent me from getting any chronic disease so I have to stay active.(p.126 from health book)

  14. Goal # 13 I will What:keep my optimal weigh by How: keeping my normal life style and maybe change it a bit to get healthier and keep myself balanced  When: Monday-Friday Why: to prevent being obese.

  15. Goal # 14 I will What: do physical fitness  When: 3 times a week Why: to build strength whenever i get a chance like in Mr. neighbors How: by staying active by playing basketball, swimming, doing yoga.

  16. Goal # 15 I will What: cope with loss by  How: releasing my feelings and let the emotions flow out in a healthy  way When: whenever I feel I have to, to Why: handle anything that comes at me in life.

  17. Goal # 16 I will What: prevent having cancer by How:putting sun screen  When: every time im exposed to the sun for a long period of time to not Why:get any kind of serious burn. (p.351)

  18. Goal # 17 I will What:prevent having any heart disease(see food strategy) How: by eating more healthy, like cutting back on the amount of salt i take in When: every time i get hungry Why:to have a healthy heart that works right.(p.343)

  19. Goal # 18 I will What: not give in to the media influences by How: reading facts about it to see if the statement is true Where: at home anytime ads are ran through tv or just a billboard that i pass by Why:because it can contain false facts and statements.(p.257)

  20. Goal # 19 I wil make What: positive decisions at Where:school, home, or anywhere i find myself by for example How: changin my attitude like being more supportive to others Why: to over come things like stress or an illness that way i stay healthy.(p. 16)

  21. Goal # 20 I will What: compromise with my brother Where: at home when i cant do a certain thing How: by negotiating somenthing out Why: to prevent having any kind of problem between both of us.(p.411)
