  10. In summary, in the last few years we took greats steps to help the children from families in which alcohol abuse is a major problem.

  11. Children of the streets as a social problem. • According to National Report of Vagrant Children in 9 million group of children under the age of 18 living in Poland 1,2 million can be referred to as street children. Those children are 13% of whole population of Polish children.

  14. Euro-orphan • The Ministry of National Education defines euro-orphan as “situation in which emigration of parents causes the disorder of basic family functions such as keeping the process of socialization, emotional and cultural development of child.

Summary:  In Poland we can interpret the negligence of thechild as a general social problem which we can divide amongst: •  - Hurting children mainly through physical violence,  • - Violence in families with alcohol abuse - Events detailed above cause so-called 'Street Children'  • - A new form of Child Negligence in Poland is the problem of Euro-Orphans. 

  21. PODSUMOWANIE Problem jakim jest zaniedbywanie dziecka w Polsce możemy nazwać jako ogólny problem społeczny. Z obserwacji możemy wywnioskować ,że występuje on na wielu obszarach które ciężko jest jednoznacznie zinterpretować. Pomimo tego jednak jesteśmy wstanie wyróżnić nieodpowiedzialne zachowania rodziców ,które w pewnym stopniu przyczyniają się do krzywdzenia i zaniedbywania własnego dziecka. Według nas można wyróżnić takie zachowania jak krzywdzenie dzieci głownie poprzez przemoc fizyczną , przemoc która występuje w rodzinach alkoholowych, „zaniedbywania” dzieci w dziedzinie socjalnej , emocjonalnej, ekonomicznej co prowadzi do powstania zjawiska ,,dzieci ulicy”. Nowym problem, który jest zauważalny w Polsce jest eurosieroctwo. Zjawisko to jest wynikiem długoterminowych wyjazdów rodziców w celu zarobkowym, najczęściej do krajów UE.
