  4. BEST PRACTICES • Newcomers Packet at Meeting • Assign a Mentor “immediately” • Perform a Assessment/Evaluation with Membership • Heavily involve the VP Membership • Ensure the DCP is explained clearly to Membership • List Officers on the Agenda
