  2. EXCEL 2007: Freeze headings for scrolling. When you have data on a worksheet that runs longer than your screen, you may find yourself wasting a lot of time scrolling back to the top to see which column is which.

  3. EXCEL 2007: Freeze headings for scrolling. You can save time by freezing the row of column headings at the top of your screen...
