Significance of CSADD Logo MAINTAINING “OUR” COURSE The following slides pictorially displays how the hub, titled CSADD Sailors, supports the outer ring, titled shipmates, by exercising the various steering handles, competencies, to maintain a course of success for themselves, their shipmates, and their command mission on and off duty. “Our” is in parenthesis to establish that the program was created by and supported by young Sailors and it is their program.

    4. Hub and Outer Ring Hub = CSADD Sailors. Developed by Sailors for Sailors they are the foundation of the program. Outer ring = Shipmates. Supported by the Sailors through the supporting wheels steering handles as defined.
