  3. Objectives of Study • To know about the Banking industry • To study the Banking services provide by HDFC Bank ltd. • To get a practical knowledge of Banking service • To get some knowledge about debit card, credit card, phone-banking & net-banking.

Scope & Limitation of Study • The approach to the study has been made from the point of view of individual • The study has been undertaken mainly to measure the performance of different services • Limitation was paucity of time. • Limitation was Concentrating on the happenings on specific branch

  5. Hypothesis of Study • Financial Services Provided by HDFC Bank is “World Class” • Costumersneeds and supply of services are equal. In other word Customers make satisfied by providing good Services • Assuming that provided services are Expensive, as it is Top Class Pvt. bank.

Conclusion… • People Don’t Like to Pay More for Value added Service • People Delighted when they get High services @ Cheap rate. • People Expect more and Pay less • World Class services are only dependant on Specific Metro city Branches/Cities • Untapped Rural Market • Services are same like all Banks but Service Standard differs • Service rate are High compare to Public Banks • Some Costumers are dissatisfied for hidden Bank Charges
