Speaking of hearing from you we have an opportunity for a few individuals to step up and volunteer to assist our Sr. Vice President with the Winter Education Conference. Please contact Shannon Barber or me via email/phone (numbers and addresses located at end of this newsletter). The Winter Education Conference will be held on March 12, 2014. This is an excellent opportunity to gain those much needed credit hours for certification or re-certification and enjoy a day of outstanding learning opportunities and networking.

What cyber threats should a contract manager be aware of? How can these threats impact a project? In this talk, an overview of the current state of the art in security is provided. Is insecurity inevitable? Why is cyber security apparently so very difficult? Finally, can the risks associated with insecurity be managed in a practical way?
