  2. بند4 شرح عوامل : تأليفات و آمار علمي و تخصصي يا اختراعات و اكتشافات و يا ابداعات اين عامل عامل ارزش و اهميت آثار و تأليفات عملي و تخصصي و يا اختراعات و اكتشافات و ابداعات شاغل را در رشته تخصصي و شغلي او مورد ارزيابي و سنجش قرار مي دهد.

  3. حداكثر امتيازات مربوط درجات فوق 15 مي باشد.

  4. در صورتيكه تأليفات مستخدم تلفيقي از درجات 1 و 2 و 3 باشد فقط امتياز بالاترين درجه اي كه براي تأليفات مستخدم مشمول طرح تعيين گرديده است، احتساب خواهد شد.
