Business Process Analysis: What is it? • Business process analysis (BPA) is the analysis of various business operations classified into processes(i.e. seriesof related tasks), where observation revolves around the specific ways in which these processes happen along a life cycle from beginning to end… • Is a disciplined approach for introducing and managing change to organizations • Is an approach that helps improve the performance of business activities • Please find examples of process by visiting local businesses • Prepare a presentation with the material you have collected • Make designs
