Improve working relation with FIDIC • Facilitate the formulation of broadly acceptable representational model(s) of European industry: completed in 2010 • Pursue GAM decision(s) & implementation of new cooperation structure with FIDIC: • representation of FIDIC in Europe, with objective of promoting FIDIC construction contracts: went well, re FIDIC-EFCA Progress Report • cooperation with FIDIC in policy development: EFCA representatives nominated to FIDIC Committees and Task Forces and feedback provided to QBS & unlimited liability policy paper • Short-term objective: address pending problems with FIDIC: Working together on innovation & Sector Review 15
