Why Some Sell Out • They find a cheap price (Rom. 6:23) • They want a quick fix (Heb. 11:25)
When the Righteous Sell Out • Nations sell out and abandon their righteous (Christian) principles (Prov. 14:34) • Christians sell out and abandon their faith (1 Tim. 1:19) • Preachers sell out and abandon the word of God (2 Tim. 4:3-4) • Local churches of Christ sell out and abandon the truth (Rev. 2-3; Prov. 23:23)
Don’t Sell Out! • Selling yourself to the devil, you become his slave (Jn. 8:34; Rom. 7:14) • Selling your soul to the devil is not worth the price of eternity in hell (Mt. 25:46)
