THE PLANETS OF SOLAR SYTEM MERCURY VENUS • Mercury is made of gases. • Mercury has no moons that orbit around it. • It takes 88 earth days for mercury to orbit the sun. • Mercury is 28.5 million miles away from the sun. • Mercury has as a very cold temperature. • Venus has no magnetic field around it. • It has volcanic surface features. • Venus has gases. • Has same density similar to that of earth. • Venus is located 67,240,000 miles from the sun.
