We will be sharing simple and easy carrot halwa recipe to make in this article. Here is how to make it. Ingredients  Half kg fresh carrot  1 liter full cream fat milk  Half kg khoya  100 g ghee

Step4: You should then add ghee and cardamom powder in the pan. You should then fry the whole mixture for 10-15 minutes on low heat. You should keep stirring the mixture continuously. Step 5: You should add sugar and cook it for another 10-15 minutes. Step 6: Now you should add khoya and orange food colour in the pan and cook it for at least 20 minutes on low heat until the oil oozes out from the halwa and leave on the sides. If you don’t use food colour then sometimes your halwa can turn back.
