  2. DelaFile User Registration • EXPLAIN UTILITY INTERVENTION VS NON REGISTERED UTILITY INTERVENTION

  3. DelaFile User Registration • Click on ‘User Registration’ from left hand menu on DelaFile home page

  4. DelaFile User Registration Screen • Complete all required fields on User Registration screen

  5. DelaFile User Registration Type • Choose ‘Intervener’ registration type

  6. Delafile User Registration • Enter last four SSN, and Organization, Docket # if applicable

  7. DelaFile User Registration Confirm • Click ‘OK’ to complete the registration process

  8. DelaFile User Registration E-mail • E-mail will be sent with link for activation

  9. DelaFile User Registration • After clicking link, enter required information

  10. DelaFile User Registration • Click ‘OK’ to complete registration process

  11. DelaFile User Registration • You are now registered in the system • The next step is to file your request to intervene in the docket.
