Why we are hostingthis event? • 'Community Spirit' is an initiative to bring local communities together by organising events and raising the profile of local charities • The event is a non-profit event and we don’t want to personally gain from hosting this we merely want to be able to raise ‘Community Spirit’

  4. How to hire a pitch • In order to hire a pitch you must contact us and then we will arrange all the details and you will only need to pay £1.00 to hire one. • So please feel free to hire as many pitches as you want. The pitches will be of a size of 16m² (4m x 4m).

  5. What will be going on? During the event there will be a phenomenal variety of things going and things to do. There will the be the main event involving a fantastic display of fireworks that will last for around an hour. We also will be hiring a bouncy for children to use for entertainment, and a disco for adults!

  6. Where and when? • The event will be taking place on the 3rd of November 2012 from 18:00 to 21:00. • Please visit our website for further updates as the date is likely to change if the weather is not pleasant and it is raining.
