  4. The picturesque village of Indje Voyvoda is situated at the foot of the Strandja mountains. Its beauty is a magnet for foreign tourists, interested in the famous nowadays country tourism. The village has been attracting many guests for 3 years now, mainly from France. Local people welcome them at the square with a pipe and ratshenitsa, after that they take the newcomers to the church of St.Ilia, built in the middle of XIX century.

  5. Then they invite them at the verandah to have a snack with a fresh-baked banitsa and traditional Bulgarian yoghurt. The most interesting moment for tourists is the way leading there – the vehicles are some carts, pulled by donkeys. This is an unforgettable memory for everybody. After the “ donkey experience” tourists become a part of the Bulgarian choro – a traditional folklore dance.

  6. The village has kept its authentic view with the old wooden houses and cobbled streets. 83 of the local homes – from the type “Russian traditional house” – are announced Culture monuments. The foundations of a second Tolostoy colony were set near the village in 1923. /the first one was set in the village of YasnaPolyana/ . Indje Voyvoda offers tourist routes passing the paths of the Strandja mountains which lead to the historic place Sevrievskokladentche, connected to the legendary person and defender of poor people – Indje Voyvoda.

  7. Another road takes you to Dervendjiiskatacheshma. Tourists and lovers of protected and rare types of birds may enjoy their life at the reserved area of “Tiasnatareka”. Typical scenery, rocky formations and a Karst spring can be seen at the reserved area KazakovVir. Remains of ancient settlements could be seen at the areas Gradishteto, Golemitetumbi, Derekyoi, Dabravka, Kaleto, Kusovtshiflik and Slamenik. Two necropolises are to be seen on the slopes of Mount Golesh East from the village. The first one consists of about 50 mounds, and the second one – of about 60. The mounds are low with stone axes.

  8. Various types of tourism can be practiced here – ornithology, hunting, curing, and many others. Each of them is able to satisfy the high expectations of Bulgarian and foreign visitors. Tiasnatareka /120 acres/ - category: reserved area. Location: the village of Varshilo and the village of Indje Voyvoda. It was announced reserved in 1994, in order to preserve the natural settlements of different bird species, included in the Bulgarian Red Book and the list of the threatened species in Europe. Nature reserve “KazakovVir” has an area of 35.3 acres and it was created with the following purposes: Preserving typical scenery, rocky formations and a Karst spring. Preserving the natural settlements of rare flora and fauna species. The area includes a part of the village of Indje Voyvoda, Municipality of Sosopol. Announced and protected by Order No1008/04.08.2003.

The project is based on Permit for prospecting and design in conformity with the Bulgarian Law.  Location. The building is situated in the West part of the estate, facing North and North-East. To the East of the main road, viewing the forest, an infinity pool, with relax seats around it ,is situated. The pool is conformable to the normative boundaries of the estate. The parking spaces are planned to be on the narrowest South-East part of the spot, next to the entrance of the complex.

  10. Functional and volume resolution. The building represents a combination of connected premises with passages type “narrow Roman street”. It is a two-floored one and only in the very North part of it -on level +-0.00, -there is a flat with a second floor on level +3.00 m. The part with the restaurant is situated South from the hotel parts. Here, on level +-0.00m., in one common area, are the reception ,the lobby ,the restaurant hall, a fireplace corner, WCs and terraces in front of the restaurant. Supplying process is assured by two elevators for goods coming from North-west. There is a kitchen with store-rooms, dressing rooms, a laundry, a caldron and a small gym, all on level -3.50m. From this level one can directly go out onto the terrace on level -3.00m., or East-to the pool on level -4.50m. The terrain is terrace-like, with series of stairs. The hotel rooms are facing East-West. On level -3.00m., the entrances are from East, from the side of the verandahs, and on level +-0.00m. hey are from West, at the same level as the restaurant in order to assure access for disabled people. The whole road to the entrances is covered. On level +-0.00m. are situated Room1, Room 2, Room 3, Room 4 and Apartment 5. On level -3.00m. are Room 6, Room 7, Room 8, Room 9 and Room 10. Each room has a closets and a bathroom with a toilet. On level -3.00m. hydro-massage baths on the verandahs are planned. The apartment is a maisonette type. On level +-0.00m. a room with a kitchen corner and a bathroom with a closet is to be found. There is a room with a closet and a bathroom with a toilet on level -3.00m.

  11. Construction, materials and installations. The whole building is going to be built with ferro -concrete elements – columns, pulleys, axes and slabs. The exterior walls are going to be covered with bricks – 12.5cm. and 7cm. heat insulation and 20cm. stone masonry. The interior walls are going to be 12.5 cm. – brick masonry. The building is with slope roofs , bricks type “Russian” and wooden construction. Only the apartment roof is made of ferro-concrete construction. The joinery is PVC. The interior doors are wooden. The parapets of the terraces will be made of wrought iron. Metal, box-like profiles are planned to be made for the sun protecting pergolas over the terraces of the restaurant and the gym. All rooms will be covered with granite tiles, except the WCs , where terracotta tiles will be put. The walls of the bathrooms and toilets, as well as parts of the kitchens, are with faience . All of the other walls will be covered with latex or decorative paints, according to the interior design. Decorative latex will be used for the ceilings, except the bathrooms which are planned to be painted with hydro latex. The heating of the building will be provided by air-conditioners in each room. Sun collecting systems will assure the hot water .
