PCC Intermodal SA The company is primarily involved in the intermodal transportation of goodsin containers, provding competitive as to time and price services by means of own trains in existing connections among modern inland terminals and maritime ports. Strategic goals • To develope (till 2012) and start to operate network of modern intermodal terminals located in main economical regions of Poland; • To reach high efficiency of these terminal in order to offer first to none service to our clients = top class and the fastest transshipment at the lowest possible costs; • To operate regular shuttle trains between our inland intermodal terminals and marine terminals in Poland, NCMP and southern Europe (AB Landbridge).

Our main goals are: • To present PCC as a strong and dynamic group throug PCC Intermodal SA achievements • To provide new opportunities of financing • To increase distinctivness, reliability and transparency • Planned schedule: we plan to proceed with Initial Public Offer in mid 2009. • IPO goals: partial financing of intermodal terminal in Kutno. Total estimated cost of the investment– 50-60mln PLN.
