Gobierno Regional de la Región de Valparaíso División de Análisis y Control de Gestión GLOSA N°2, NÚMERO 25 Los recursos considerados inicialmente en el ítem 33.03.125 Municipalidades (Fondo Regional de Iniciativa Local), para cada Gobierno Regional, deberán destinarse a la ejecución de proyectos en el 50% de las comunas de la región respectiva que hayan tenido una menor inversión per capita, con recursos propios, provenientes del Programa de Mejoramiento Urbano y Equipamiento Comunal o regionales, en los años 2005 y 2006. Los proyectos cuyo costo total no supere los M$50.000, no requerirán informe favorable de MIDEPLAN. Asimismo, el Gobierno Regional podrá autorizar que sea ejecutado por el municipio, mediante contrataciones directas, sin perjuicio de las atribuciones que corresponde al Concejo Municipal. En caso de incrementarse este ítem, los recursos siguen siendo parte del FNDR. Se está elaborando el Manual de Procedimientos, el cual estará listo el 27 de marzo.
