San Marcos, CA 92069 37-AA-0008 1 2 A down drain along the main access road that has two gravel bags inside of the drain also observed with potential open pipe seam. Photo #1 was taken looking east. A yellow flag was placed adjacent to the pipe as a marker. The pipe was located south of extraction well #70. Photo #3 was taken looking northeast.   3. San Marcos Landfill 1595 Questhaven Rd. San Marcos, CA 92069 37-AA-0008 5 6 A western bench road has developed a low point that was measured using a Suunto PM-5/360 height meter clinometer. An approximate 5% incline was measured to the down drain. Photo #5 was taken looking southwest. A large piece of concrete was exposed at the surface adjacent to the down drain identified with an arrow in photo #5. The concrete did not appear to be associated with the down drain structure.
