  3. We Are…Marshall • Marshall University offers Institutional Merit-based scholarships which are awarded based on high school criteria through the Admission process. These are non-competitive, so every student submitting the required credentials receives the award! • And these are renewable for up to 8 semesters if renewal criteria are met.

Applications for the Endowed scholarships for students from our region can be found on our website and must be completed and submitted by the due date. • Visit our website at www.marshall.edu/sfa and under Forms & Applications you will find the Scholarships Specific to High School or County and also Scholarships based on Affiliation, Employment, or Membership

  8. Community-Based Scholarships • If you are aware of other scholarships that are specific to your school, county or community that you want the university to promote, please forward the electronic link to the Office of Student Financial Assistance so that we can post it to our website.
