    9. Assistant Installation Insert Utility CD in an appropriate disk drive Double-click the Assistant folder Double-click the Setup icon to launch the Assistant setup wizard

    10. Assistant Log on On the Start menu, point to All Programs, and click Microsoft Response Point Assistant. Note: If a Security Alert dialog box comes up , click Unblock.

    12. Voicemail to E-mail forwarding Assistant Configuration For the individual phone users, log on the Assistant to specify how they would like to retrieve their voice message (The default will be retrieving by phone)

    14. Voicemail to E-mail forwarding Retrieving Voicemail Syspine DOS A50 will send an e-mail to Tom Smith with a wav file, user could listen the message by opening the wav file. Meanwhile, the indicator of Tom Smith’s IP Phone will flash. Press e-mail button and enter default password 9999 to login Voice Mail System, following the instruction to listen, save or delete message.

    15. Outlook Contact Integration Outlook contact could be integrated with Syspine Digital Operator phone system for voice dial. For example, Tom Smith has one customer - Janet White, her business number is 555-3000, and her mobile number is 1-206-3331212

    16. Outlook Contact Integration Contact Import Log on the Assistant, click Setting, then click Contacts in the drop down list. When Properties window was popup, click Import. Mark Janet White to import to your personal contact, and click OK. Click OK again to save the setting.
