  2. Annual meeting in Oxford, 2014 Activities ofthe Steering Committee • Monitoring and supporting the PWGs & SIWGs • Conference planning • National User Groups, New customers • Discussions with Ex Libris senior management • Update of the Development agreement in negotiation

Annual meeting in Oxford, 2014 Product and Special Interest Working Groups Personnel changes in the Working Groups • Christian Hänger chairs MetaLib and Primo PWG • Corey Harperchairs the SIWG on Linked Open Data • Masud Khokhar chairs the SIWG on Interoperability • Elections for some positions here in Oxford Organisational changes in the structure of the Working groups Basic activities in the past year performing well Thanksto all involved!

Annual meeting in Oxford, 2014 Development Cooperation with Ex Libris Enhancement processes - Enlarging the NERS team - Aleph, Primo/MetaLib+, Opac via Primo, SFX, Voyager - Resources for SFX and MetaLib CKBs (Primo central planed)- Collecting and prioritising enhancements for Alma on NERS Focus and Advisory Groups - Knowledge Base Advisory Board (KBAB ) - Advisory group on Cataloging Standards, Policies, Rights, and Responsibilities for the Alma Community Catalog Salesforce - Survey on “Ex Libris Customer Support Services” - Enhancements partly already implemented

Annual meeting in Oxford, 2014 Budget Budget 2013 and 2014: • Expenditure in 2013 almost in balance with the income • Expenditures in 2014 aim again at a balanced budget  Activities to enlarge the membership base Draft budget 2015: Balanced draft budget Membership fee stays stable, keeping conference fee low!

Annual meeting in Oxford, 2014 Voting the Steering Committee Three open positions on the Steering Committee • Candidates: Naomi Greidinger, Theo Engelman, David Allen • Introduction right after my report • Voting starts right after this session and continues until Wednesday 12.00 • Announcement of the results during the Closing Session
