Development of AMORE Software for Online Monitoring and Data analysis of MT Station • AMORE is ALICE Data Quality Monitoring Software framework • Automatic Monitoring Environment founded on ROOT & DATE Monitoring Library • It is based on Publisher/Subscriber paradigm with the detectors publishing their data in a monitoring pool and clients subscribing to the pool to collect data for online monitoring & offline data analysis. • Communication between publisher and clients through DIM a publish/subscribe system developed at CERN K. Gnanvo - RD51 Mini Week, CERN January 2011
Development of AMORE Software for Online Monitoring and Data analysis of MT Station • First implementation of the software • used to produce the results for RD51 coll. Meeting in Bari October 2010. • Current version contains the following major improvements: • Pedestal data are now generated and saved in ROOT files • Full set of histograms could be generated • Online monitoring display is implemented and defined via configuration files. • Several Amore Agent to be created for specific tasks (to be done later) • GEMs testing and commissioning (pedestal data ….) • Online monitoring of the MT Station with real time targets imaging • Offline data analysis and saving into ROOT files K. Gnanvo - RD51 Mini Week, CERN January 2011
