  4. MUI ~ • MUI or Major Unusual Incident is an alleged, suspected, or actual occurrence of an incident when there is reason to believe the health and safety of an individual may be adversely affected and the individual may be placed at a reasonable risk of harm.

  9. MUI Reporting ABUSE, NEGLECT, MISAPPROPRIATION, EXPLOITATION, AND SUSPICIOUS DEATH must be reported w/in 4 hours of the incident! All others 24hrs w/in the incident. (w/ends on Monday- unless one of the above) Implement preventative measures which may be identified.
