  5. RULES FOR ROUNDINGDECIMAL NUMBERS • The deciding digit and every digit to the right is notchanged to a zero as in whole number rounding.

  6. RULES FOR ROUNDINGDECIMAL NUMBERS • Putting zeros on the end of a decimal number does not change the value of the number, but it does change the way the number is read.
