  2. Users can follow these given steps to recover their Microsoft account and they won’t need to contact Hotmail support team. Directions to follow to reach the recovery form:

  3. 1- First, navigate to password reset page and after that, you have to select a reason you can’t login and then click “Next”.

  4. 2- Enter your email id, phone number or Skype name that you used at the time of creating your Microsoft’s account.

  5. 3- Now you have to enter the characters you find on your screen to verify you are not a robot, then click “Next”.

  6. 4- After that, you have to choose “I don’t have any of these” when it asks you to verify your identity and you have to press on “Next”.

  7. It may ask you if you have an account recovery code, this is something that you created in your past and saved on a secured place, not a code that you received on your phone or on your email. If you have your code then enter it there, otherwise, you need to press “No”.

  8. 6- Now reach to a page where it says “Recover your account” and then follow these steps to fill out the form and then send your recovery request.

If don’t find right, start again from its password reset page. 8- It will ask you an email address where you can be contacted easily about your account recovery, then press on “Next”.

You have to enter the received code and then verify. 10- It may ask you many questions about yourself as well as your account; you can fill in as much information as you can, even if you aren’t sure.
