  3. 1. Excutive summary ▶ R&R for performance test results were good. Oil pump performance test results between new and current EOL tester were very similar in Flow 1 and Flow 3. (Over 70%)▶ R&R for NVH test results were good. NVH ‘A’ & ‘B’ test results between new and current NVH tester were good enough for production. In case of NVH ‘C’ value, MKL need more investigation. Because current ATW NVH tester does not have good R&R result for NVH ‘C’.▶ MKL is going to run new EOL & NVH tester to test retest & reworked parts from 27th of May. 2

Loading/Unloading : Manual-. Cycle time : currently about 80 sec.(EOL 50 sec, NVH 30 sec)-. Others : Bar code reader, Data storage, Pressure control valve, Flow meter, Pressure sensor, Accelerometer for NVH test 4
