Delhi's Governor Anil Baijal has decided to declare about 95 villages as the development area to implement the Land Policy in Delhi. In this context, Anil Baijal has issued notices too. Under this policy, the people living on the villages land will be given home on affordable prices to dream of their homes under the buildings will be built on the land of villages. Now after the launch of the Delhi Housing Society, the DDA has taken a step further for development in these areas. During the press release of this policy, it was also informed that after the development of 95 villages, people will be given about 25 lakhs on flat affordable prices. This policy has been approved by LG Anil Baijal under Section 12 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957. There are five zones in these 95 villages, 20 in Zone 1, 30 in Zone L, 21 in Zone N, 23 in Zone P2 and one in Zone J.After this the private sector land will be used as a house for all those other people. Infrastructure of houses at Delhi Housing Society In the name of development, DDA will make all infrastructure facilities in this area such as Bijli, Water, Sewer, Bus Haunting etc. LG has started the status of 89 villages in rural areas by changing from the rural to the previous month. All of these villages are now included inside the MCD. And now it is easy to get Delhi Affordable Housing
Different divisions at Delhi Housing Society According to sources, it may still take six months to implement this land policy. But if there is negligence in it then this time can be of 1 year. It is being said that DDA is also preparing separate department for this land policy. All officers will be appointed in this department. Also, for the identification of the villages' land separately, DDA will also keep records of the Khasars of the land of these villages. Online and offline applications Like the DDA's housing scheme, people will also be able to apply online and offline for this scheme. There will be two types of departments under this policy under which separate land for 50 acres of land and separate system for more than 50 acres of land. One can also get flats under this scheme with the help of real estate developer Delhi Multi State CGHS.
