7. Methodology Selection of participants
A small division II NCAA football team consisting of 66 athletes
Participants had to be 18 or older
Instrument
Worked with advisor to select Martin E. P. Seligman’s Optimism and Depression surveys
Athletes were e-mailed a link to the survey

The surveys were transferred into a format on survey monkey
Survey was anonymous
