Reminders (con’t) • If you return a commodity item to your distributor, you will not get a replacement.(Try to salvage what you can - if worth more than your delivery fee - keep it.) • Shortage From the Warehouse Forms are not supposed to be sent until after you and your distributor have agreed that the product is not available for you – send the distributor and me a copy. • If your distributor ships you a commodity that does not belong to you, do not eat it – it belongs to another recipient agency.
