Another thing is, when we take a night off, we literally don’t conserve energy for the next day. Using your gadgets for hours will probably lessen your time for your exercise. Exercising every day helps every part of our body. As we stretch those muscles and bones, and as we sweat with our body, we strengthen and improve our physicality. It also makes us look better and feel better. It helps us to lower the risk of acquired diseases and it makes our body become more physically fit.

  6. Technology, if abused, may cause you harm. But if you take it as an advantage, you will benefit from it. If you just set your limitations, then, you will not experience the worst case scenarios in using our technology. On the other hand, using Social Media as an advantage is very helpful in the industry. For example, if you get Instagram followers just enough to advertise your business, company, or shop, it is a helpful boost of popularity to your business venture. Use social media to your advantage, not your disadvantage. There are many things that the internet is capable of. We must learn how to use it, but never let the internet use you.
