Statistics of services Statistics of services provides information services to provide users of all levels about the state and development of modern types of market services, including services for real estate operations, the contribution of the service sector in the GDP of the country.
The sources of information The formation of indicators of statistics of services on operations with real estate is carried out on the basis of quarterly and annual surveys on form 2-services
Circle of respondents • legal entities • individual entrepreneurs with a primary activity according to the Nomenclature of types of economic activity (MCEA code 68 - real estate transactions)
Survey methods Quarterly Survey in a form 2 of service is conducted by selective method on legal entities with a number of employees up to 20 people for urban areas (aggregate sample is 30%) by continuous method on legal entities employing over 20 people in urban area and on all enterprises in rural are
Survey methods Annual Survey in a form 2 of service is conducted by selective method on individual entrepreneurs (the aggregate sample is 15%) by continuous method on legal entities regardless of the number of employees
Main indicators Main indicators: - volume of services provided by real estate operations - index of physical volume of services in real estate operations
Departmental standard • The indicator “Volume of services provided by real estate operations" is formed in accordance with departmental statistical classifier (DSC), which is a derivative of the state classifier of products by types of economic activity
