What Questions Do You Ask? • What will happen if… • What are your other options? • What support to you need to accomplish that? • Where do you go from here? • If the same thing happened again, what would you do?
How “Coachable” Are You? • Are you focused on the future or stuck in the past? • Do you listen to the rationale for change or defend the status quo? • Do your discussions revolve around intent to change and how to make it happen, or do you continue to debate the need to do so
How “Coachable” Are You? • Can you take an objective look at yourself and your actions? • Can you let go of core beliefs and stories? • Can you see the positive reasons and higher payoffs for change versus the cost of maintaining the status quo?
How “Coachable” Are You? • Do you partner with others to move forward? • Are your intentions to change converted into an action plan, or do they remain a secondary priority?
